Summary
A rare case of synchronous parathyroid and papillary thyroid carcinoma, presenting as hyperparathyroidism, is reported. This marks the first documented instance of hyperfunctioning parathyroid carcinoma with concurrent thyroid carcinoma without prior neck irradiation.
