  • Tumors on the little finger exhibited a linear/zosteriform distribution, involving the nail matrix and causing nail deformity.
  • Nodules on the forearm and scalp showed a random distribution.

  • Histological examination revealed highly cellular tumors composed of basaloid and pale cells.
  • Ultrastructural analysis identified intracellular lumens with microvilli in the pale cells, characteristic of eccrine differentiation.

Implications:

  • This case expands the known clinical spectrum of eccrine spiradenomas.
  • Understanding unusual distributions and histological features aids in accurate diagnosis and management of adnexal tumors.
