Cryosurgery of supraglottic cavernous hemangioma

Abstract:
Cryosurgery is gaining more and more importance as a therapeutic modality within the field of head and neck surgery. It has been used effectively in the treatment of cavernous hemangiomas of the skin and oral cavity. Supraglottic vanernous hemangiomas present a challenge in management when surgical intervention is indicated. The results of cryosurgery in the treatment of such a lesion are reported.
