Background:

Observation:

• A young male patient presented with painless, intermittent gross hematuria.
• Bilateral vesical masses were identified, involving the bladder base, trigone, and ureteric orifices.

Findings:

• Urine cytology and acid-fast bacilli (AFB) tests were negative.
• Transurethral resection of the bladder mass was performed.
• Histopathological examination confirmed cystitis cystica glandularis.

Implications:

• This case highlights the importance of considering benign conditions in the differential diagnosis of bladder masses presenting with hematuria.
