Summary

Unilateral maxillary sinus opacity on computed tomography (CT) scans, particularly in ear nose and throat (ENT) evaluations, may indicate neoplastic disease. Early detection through CT and nasendoscopy is crucial for identifying sinister sinonasal pathology.
