Intrasinusoidal bone marrow infiltration is a common feature in lymphomas, often missed on standard stains. Immunohistochemistry is crucial for diagnosing subtypes like splenic marginal zone lymphoma and large granular lymphocyte leukemia in patients with splenomegaly.
