Abstract:
Histologic grading of squamous cell carcinomas seems to lack clinical import or usefulness in most instances. Perhaps this is because we are doing it incorrectly. This article suggests a simple grading philosophy that potentially may prove more meaningful. Comments about the nature of verrucous carcinoma are included.
