Abstract:
The dual degree model shared by an associate degree and baccalaureate nursing program allows dual enrollment in both programs and the completion of the baccalaureate nursing degree in four academic years with summer enrollment. This model outlines a dual course of study that strengthens associate degree nursing course work with important general education and nursing foundational courses.
