Eosinophilic diseases in two Cavalier King Charles spaniels

Two Cavalier King Charles spaniels developed eosinophilic diseases, including bronchopneumonopathy and enteritis, along with stomatitis. Both cases responded well to glucocorticoid therapy, suggesting a breed predisposition to these eosinophilic syndromes.
