Paclitaxel-ifosfamide for anthracycline-resistant advanced breast cancer

This study found that combining paclitaxel and ifosfamide chemotherapy offers a promising treatment for advanced breast cancer patients resistant to anthracyclines. The regimen achieved a 42% response rate and a median survival of 19 months with manageable side effects.
