Thyroid disorders are common in children with Down syndrome (DS). Many children with DS show subtle thyroid issues, even without obvious symptoms, warranting further study for potential treatment.

  • Retrospective analysis of 137 children (0.04-16 years) with DS.
  • Evaluation of serum TSH, T4, antiperoxidase antibodies, and height SDS.
