[Preliminary experience with partial ileoshunting in dyslipoproteinemia using endovideosurgical technique]

The authors have proposed and fulfilled the operation of partial ileoshunting on a 45 year-old woman. The using of endovideosurgical method made the operation less traumatic and minimized the cosmetic defect. The patient was discharged on the 6th day. The authors have made 3 more operations of this kind in patients with hypercholesterinemia.
