Abstract:
Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography is currently used in the determination of some important physico-chemical properties of compounds, and its potential uses in areas of modeling environmental behaviour and pharmacological activity of compounds are desirable. This paper reviews the methodology, major areas, present situation and chief difficulties of RP-HPLC method for the estimation of physico-chemical parameters, and the perspective of this method.
