Difficult reduction of traumatic dislocation of the hip. A case report

Difficulties in the reduction of a traumatic posterior dislocation of the hip, as a result of soft-tissue interposition, are uncommon. A case in which closed reduction was prevented by a partly detached labrum acetabulare is reported.
