    • Cardiorespiratory failure resulted from leukemic infiltration and postoperative hemorrhage.

    Implications:

    • This case highlights the diverse clinical manifestations of leukemia in children.
    • Early recognition of cardiac involvement in pediatric leukemia is crucial for timely intervention.
