Summary

Right bundle branch block (RBBB) pacing morphology on an electrocardiogram (ECG) typically indicates pacemaker lead issues. However, this case shows RBBB can be a safe finding in transvenous right ventricular (RV) pacing, even with VDD pacemaker implantation.
