Orbital granulocytic sarcoma, a rare initial symptom of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML), can present without typical leukemic signs. Early detection and irradiation can improve vision, highlighting the importance of prompt diagnosis in myeloproliferative syndrome (MPS) cases.
