Background:

  • Noise can influence the behavior of dynamical systems.
  • Synchronization is a key phenomenon in coupled systems.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate noise-induced synchronization in two realistic models.
  • To identify conditions for synchronizing noncoupled systems with common noise.

Main Methods:

  • Numerical simulations were performed.
  • The Pikovsky-Rabinovich circuit model was used.
  • The Hindmarsh-Rose neuron model was employed.

Main Results:

  • Noise-induced synchronization was observed.
  • A single-variable-Jacobian matrix feature was identified in both models.
