Summary

Maintaining a regular lifestyle, assessed by the Social Rhythm Metric (SRM), is linked to better sleep quality, as measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Higher lifestyle regularity correlates with fewer reported sleep problems in healthy adults.
