Abstract:
Sarcoidosis, a systemic disease characterized by noncaseating granulomas, has multiple presentations in the hand. In this report, we present the case of a patient manifesting sarcoidosis initially as bilateral palmar nodules not involving bone. To our knowledge, similar cases have not been reported in the literature.
