Abstract:
In a perspective of adequate use of family planning services, authors analyse the assiduity of women under IUD in relation to visits of control foreseen by the "perinatal Tunisian national program". This study interest 281 women with IUD prescription. If the yearly average of visits is 1.5 by women (+/- 0.92), we note that a relatively elevates proportion of women (23.8%) don't come back to health centers. Among the analysed factors, only the distance house--health center seems to influence the probability of coming back. Other features, however, must be studied through multiple researches. Authors finally focus on the importance of collecting and systematically analysing this type of data in family planning consultation in order to satisfy women needs and reach national objectives program.
