    Summary

    Lymph nodes exhibit significant immunomorphological reactions in cirrhogenic hepatopathies, particularly during evolutive stages. These reactions diminish with immunosuppressive treatment and advanced cirrhosis, suggesting a role in disease pathogenesis.
