Breast augmentation with gluteal dermofat grafts: a 5-10 year follow-up

Of a series of 3 dermofat grafts, about a quarter had either to be removed or disappeared completely, while the remainder shrank unpredictably and were all calcified by the end of 4 years. The donor site on the buttock was often unsightly.
