Summary
Semi-quantitative cerebral blood flow (CBF) measurements using perfusion-weighted MR imaging (PWI) showed no direct correlation with quantitative PET-CBF. However, PWI-derived CBF ratios show potential for detecting cerebrovascular disease changes.
