Polymorphism of A, B and H substances in seminal fluid
Forensic Science
|January 1, 1976
Abstract:
The polymorphism of A, B and H substances recently described in human saliva has been studied in seminal fluid of 71 subjects. Semen was found to contain the same molecular species of A, B and H substances which were observed in saliva and red cells. The comparison of gel-chromatographic patterns of the saliva and semen of 40 subjects showed identical ABH patterns in 26 cases, while in the remaining 14 some differences were observed.
