Summary

Pseudomigraine with temporary neurologic symptoms and lymphocytic pleocytosis is a rare, self-limited neurological disorder. It presents as recurrent headaches with transient neurological deficits and cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytosis, possibly due to an autoimmune response.
