Risk factors for Plantar fasciitis: a matched case-control study

Plantar fasciitis risk is higher with limited ankle dorsiflexion, obesity, and prolonged standing. Reduced ankle flexibility is the most significant factor, increasing susceptibility to this common foot condition.
