Objective:
This study was conducted to investigate the chemosensitivity of gastric carcinoma.
Methods:
112 cases of fresh human gastric cancer samples were obtained for drug sensitivity testing using MTT.
Results:
The sensitivity sequence of antitumor agents was 5-Fu, DDP, MMC, etc. On the other hand, the sensitivity was relative to pathology and individual differences.
Conclusion:
The MTT assay is an accurate system for determination of the chemosensitivity of tumor cells.
