Diverse issues that affect current and future healthcare costs.
Purpose:
To review the historical, present, and future cost issues related to American healthcare policy.

Conclusions:
Any real change in health care will be hard to make because it always comes down to "Who pays?" Productive and sensible policy reform is preferable to the risk we now run of a healthcare system disconnected from any values except those of the marketplace.
