Abstract
Aim Of Study:
The largest population-based study for inflammatory bowel disease in Northwest Greece.
Materials And Methods:
A retrospective survey for the years 1982-1997.
Results:
Of 400 patients, 334 had ulcerative colitis, 43 Crohn's disease and 23 indeterminate colitis.
Conclusions:
Crohn's disease still remains rare in Northwest Greece.
