Summary

Hypothyroidism induced by 4-propyl-2-thiouracil (PTU) in young boars did not significantly impact postnatal testicular development or key cellular markers. Testis weight differences resolved by puberty, indicating no lasting effects on boar reproductive development.

Purpose of the Study:
