Mononeuritis multiplex in diabetes mellitus: evidence for underlying immune pathogenesis

Diabetic mononeuritis multiplex, a nerve condition in type 2 diabetes, may stem from immune-mediated vasculopathy. Immunotherapy showed promise in improving symptoms for most patients.
