Summary

Myelofibrosis, typically linked to myeloproliferative disorders, can rarely occur with T-cell lymphoma. Chemotherapy resolved myelofibrosis in a T-cell lymphoma patient, suggesting lymphoma evaluation in fibrotic bone marrow.
