Summary

Lerdelimumab (CAT-152), an antibody targeting TGF beta 2, is being developed to prevent scarring after glaucoma surgery. This therapeutic also shows promise for treating fibrotic conditions, cataracts, retinopathy, and connective tissue diseases.
