Objective:
To isolate and determine the strain of anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis collected from Naqu Tibet.
Method:
Isolating the strains of anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis collected from Baqing Shuoxian, Biru Counties by means of the ascope, tissue, ossified larva and body liquid.
Result:
Same strain of anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis was obtained with 4 different methods.
Conclusion:
The strain of Hirsutella sinensis is the anamorph of C. sinensis from Naqu Tibet.
