Abstract:
In a 69-year-old patient with absolute arrhythmia and a rightsided non-functioning kidney embolism occurred in the left renal artery. Despite 2 1/2 days of anuria embolectomy was successful. Fastest possible restoration of renal perfusion is critical for organ preservation.
