Introduction:
We encountered a patient with methamphetamine addiction who had self-inflicted injuries of the cervical vertebrae and spinal cord.
Materials And Methods:
The patient hit his head on the wall many times and showed abnormal behavior due to the addiction. Radiograph and CT revealed cervical vertebral injuries. Clinical findings indicated that the injuries had affected the spinal cord.
Results:
Conservative treatment was performed because reduction of the cervical vertebrae was good.
