Abstract:
Because both erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease are functional diseases and not life-threatening, I believe their diagnosis and treatment can be tailored according to the patient's general health, treatment goals and expectations. Therefore, I have proposed and used this patient's goal-directed approach in my practice for several years with generally satisfactory results.
