  • A 52-year-old male presented with periauricular swelling, hearing loss, and facial paralysis.
  • MRI revealed a multiloculated, expansile lesion in the left temporal bone.

Findings:

  • Histological confirmation of an aneurysmal bone cyst in the temporal bone.
  • The lesion recurred one year post-subtotal resection with a more solid presentation.

Implications:

  • This case underscores the importance of considering ABCs in the differential diagnosis of temporal bone lesions.
