Abstract
Introduction:
Massive ovarian oedema is a rare entity characterized by accumulation of oedema fluid in ovarian stroma. Clinically it mimics solid ovarian neoplasm and thus requiring histopathological examination to rule out malignancy.
Case Report:
Two cases of massive ovarian oedema are presented and the pathogenesis and management is being discussed.
