Summary
Laser photocoagulation for polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) is most effective when targeting entire lesions. Treating only polypoidal lesions often leads to recurrence and vision loss, unlike comprehensive treatment.

Implications:
- Laser photocoagulation is recommended for PCV only when targeting the entire lesion.
- Comprehensive treatment may improve visual outcomes and reduce recurrence rates in PCV patients.
