Summary

Doppler blood flow studies, including end-diastolic blood flow (EDF), effectively predicted pregnancy outcomes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or antiphospholipid syndrome. Absence of EDF indicated Cesarean delivery, while lupus anticoagulant presence predicted fetal demise.
