Summary

Endoscopic abdominal wall components separation (EACS) is a new, minimally invasive technique that effectively increases abdominal capacity and reduces intraabdominal pressure in a porcine model of abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS). This procedure shows promise for early intervention.
