Abstract
Objective:
To analyse the results of the comparison of the use or not of routine prophylactic drainage of anastomoses after elective colorectal surgery. The following hypothesis will be tested: the use of routine prophylactic drainage of anastomoses after elective colorectal surgery is unjustified.
