Incidence of astrocytoma in South Carolina: follow-up study

Abstract:
As a result of a statewide cancer registry in South Carolina, we are able to conclude that there is a higher probability for occurrence of astrocytoma in the Upstate when compared to the remainder of the state. Hopefully these results will foster additional research into potential etiologies for this phenomenon.
