Nonmyeloablative stem cell transplantation (NMSCT) offers a safer alternative to traditional chemotherapy and radiotherapy in allogeneic stem cell transplantation (ASCT). This approach shows promise for hematologic malignancies by enabling graft-versus-leukemia effects for disease eradication.
