Participatory ergonomics as a return-to-work intervention: a future challenge?

Participatory ergonomics (PE) programs show good compliance and satisfaction for managing low back pain (LBP) disability. While nearly half of proposed work adjustments were implemented, technical and organizational barriers remain challenges.
