Abstract:
The article presents materials on diagnostic value of biochemical and molecular genetic methods assessing proteinase inhibitor system. The author specified criteria to evaluate biologic balance in "proteinase--inhibitors" system. Those criteria could serve as markers for lung inflammatory and destructive processes. Findings also are criteria of industrial aerosols' influence on pathology course and on individual risk of occupational respiratory disease development.
