Abstract:
This review will firstly present recent examples in the fields of immobilized arrays and dynamic combinatorial chemistry. The article will then emphasize the impact of combinatorial chemistry on target-focused libraries, demonstrating the usefulness of matrix-formatting for structure-activity relationship analysis and/or the advancement in library design and evaluation.
