[Selective impact of laser irradiation on ocular fundus structures]

Influence of the laser irradiation on structures of the eye fundus was studied. Conception of the threshold and selective influence of the laser irradiation was suggested. Results of treatment of patients with diabetic maculopathy were adduced using model of the laser irradiation selective influence on the eye fundus structures elaborated by the author. Application of elaborated method allows to lower probability of complications, occurring after classic laser coagulation performance.
